Cost:

$4,200 with 50% ($2,100) deposit required to reserve date.

Balance of $2,100 due on the morning of departure, prior to departure (cash or Visa/MasterCard).

Price includes breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
(Domestic and imported beer available on the charter for additional fee.)

Full-day off-shore fishing for targeted species, bluefin tuna, yellowfin tuna, dorado, and yellowtail, aboard our state-of-the-art 52' Hatteras with a ten scoop live bait well, three separate state rooms, full galley, and all new fishing gear and tackle.  Experienced captain and crew.

 

Depart: 5:30 am from H&M Landing in San Diego.

Important Information (please read):

 

Required Fishing Licenses

Current California Department of Fish & Wildlife and Mexico Fishing Licenses are required as we will fish off-shore from the California and Mexico coastlines.

Fishing Licenses may be purchased from the H&M Landing Office prior to departure.

 

Required Identification

A valid picture I.D. is required by the United States Coast Guard on all trips, including minors.

 

Passports

Torero Charters Full-Day trips do not require a passport as we fish OFF-SHORE outside of the 12 miles from Mexico where a passport would be required.

Please note: If a trip is operating within 12 miles of Mexico’s coast or any of their islands, a Mexican Tourist Visa (FMM) is required and H&M Landing staff will provide Torero Charters customers the necessary FMM as long as the customer has a valid U.S. Passport Book or U.S. Passport Card.

 

No Illegal Drugs or Marijuana Allowed

Per the United States Coast Guard Regulations, NO illegal drugs of any kind, including marijuana, will be allowed on board.

 

Deposit and Refund Policy

Full-Day Charter trips require a 72-hour notice to cancel, or the deposit is forfeited. A 50% deposit ($2,100) is required to confirm reservations. All reservations are tentative without a deposit.

Full payment is due ($2,100 balance) to the Captain or Torero Charters on the morning of departure (cash or Visa/MasterCard accepted).

Torero Charters reserves the right to make whatever changes in any given trip that circumstances dictate, including cancellations for changes in the weather or other conditions, unavailability of boat, or substitution of boat as deemed necessary. Departure times may vary due to weather or fishing conditions.

 

Fish Processing

Torero Charters does not process or filet your catch on the boat as we recommend shoreside processing to ensure the utmost in quality and packaging.

Fish processing is a separate charge and is not included in the charter package. Shoreside processing requires advanced reservations to guarantee same day service. Please contact Five Star Fish Processing, Fisherman’s Processing, or Sportsmen’s Seafood, PRIOR TO DEPARTURE.

 

Parking

Paid parking is available through three separate lots in the vicinity of H&M Landing and we strongly encourage passengers to arrive early with the members of their party as lots fill up quickly during the peak fishing season.

 

Release of Liability

All passengers are required to sign a release of liability form provided by the Captain on the day of departure while conducting the safety briefing and verifying that everyone is in possession of the required DFW fishing license and permits.
